Bolts are a virtual, in-platform play currency used solely for entertainment. Bolts have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for real currency, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or any item of monetary value.

The Platform provides no mechanism to withdraw, cash out, or convert Bolts into real-world currency. Any Bolts acquired or accumulated remain within the Platform and exist exclusively to facilitate gameplay.

Accumulating Bolts, achieving a leaderboard position, or resolving a market favorably does not entitle any user to a prize, reward, or compensation of monetary value.

The Platform is a free-to-play social prediction game based on FIRST Robotics Competition events. It is not a casino, sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling service. No real money is wagered, staked, or risked on the outcome of any market.

Because Bolts carry no real-world value and cannot be cashed out, use of the Platform does not, in the view of the operator, constitute gambling, wagering, or staking under applicable law. The Platform is offered as a game of skill and knowledge for entertainment purposes.

The automated market maker used to price contracts is deterministic and transparent. The Platform does not charge a rake or take a percentage of play-money trades.

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.

The Platform does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If the operator becomes aware that an account has been created by a child under 13, the operator will suspend or terminate the account and delete associated personal information in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable law.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to the Platform, please contact the operator at the address provided in Section 7 so that the account and data may be removed.

Users between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Platform is an independent, unaffiliated project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with FIRST, FIRST Robotics Competition, The Blue Alliance, or any participating team. Team names, event names, and match data are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes.

Match schedules, scores, and results are obtained from third-party sources, including The Blue Alliance. The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Markets are resolved on the basis of the data received.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of play-money Bolts, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in market resolution attributable to third-party data providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The Platform is designed as a low-stakes form of entertainment. Users who feel that their use of the Platform is becoming compulsive or is interfering with daily life are encouraged to take a break and, where appropriate, to contact a qualified support organization.

The operator may amend these disclaimers from time to time. Revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform following any such revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
